About

Connector. Changemaker. Believer in human potential.
I’m Dominique Hollins, a business leader, speaker, and cultural intelligence strategist who helps people and organizations unlock their potential through connection, collaboration, and courage.
My journey began in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, when stepping into the tech workforce as a young graduate demanded resilience, grit, and a deep belief that adversity could be transformed into opportunity. Years later, during another global downturn in 2020, I founded WĒ360, an organization designed to help the modern workforce thrive by creating inclusive environments where everyone’s talents can be seen, valued, and unleashed.
For nearly two decades, I’ve navigated complex workplace environments, guided executives, and co-created strategies across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and academic institutions. I’ve advised C-suites and frontline leaders, built enterprise-wide programs, and supported organizations at critical moments of transformation. Along the way, I’ve celebrated milestones and confronted inequities. I’ve faced imposter syndrome head-on, only to discover that my voice, and the voices of others who felt unheard, carried power that could reshape systems.

What I Believe

I believe the workplace should be a place of growth, not survival.
I believe that diversity without belonging is just optics.
And I believe that the time to do what is right is always right now.
That’s why my work blends tech industry best practices with psychology, wellness, entertainment, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging). It’s not about checking boxes. It’s about creating real cultural shifts that honor the complexity of today’s workforce and preparing us all for a more collaborative, equitable future.
BEYOND THE WORK
When I’m not leading workshops, speaking on stages, or building strategies with changemakers, you’ll find me traveling, writing, or curating Mosaic Moments, community-centered gatherings that celebrate the beauty, struggle, and joy of being human.
Because at the end of the day, my mission is simple:
To remind us that we are stronger together.
A CONCIOUS PATH FORWARD
As a graduate student in consciousness, psychology, and transformational studies, I’m continually deepening my understanding of the human spirit and the systems that shape our lives. These studies aren’t separate from my work, they are the soul of it.
They inform how I design learning experiences, navigate complexity, and support healing in spaces that have been historically extractive or exclusionary.
I don’t just want to transform workplaces. I want to awaken the leaders within us all and co-create a world where our systems reflect the dignity, brilliance, and sacred worth of every human being.
